The pair of Rajeev Ram (United States) and Joe Salisbury (Britain) defeated Marcel Granollers Pujol (Spain) and Horacio Zeballos (Argentina) to win the ATP final Doubles titles. It is the eighth time Novak Djokovic ended a season as the No.1 ranked player. Novak Djokovic also ended as the world's No.1 ranked ATP player for the season 2023. Novak Djokovic won his first ATP finals in 2008. He is also the first world number one player to win the ATP final event since the British tennis player Andy Murray won it in 2016. The 24 Grand Slam title winner also became the oldest champion of the ATP finals at the age of 36 Years. With this win, Djokovic also broke the record of Swiss great Roger Federer, who has won 6 ATP final titles. The ATP finals are always played in November, marking the year's end of the ATP calendar. The Serbian Novak Djokovic won his record Seventh ATP finals title at Turin's Pala Alpitour stadium, Italy, by defeating the Italian player Jannik Sinner in the finals played on 19 November 2023.
